Thanks to the active staff everything was modern, including lots of outstanding food. Overall it was newly furnished and NICE styled on the mezzanine.

This place has a fantastic location right across from the train station in a pleasant area, and the unit is beautifully decorated.

Had great stay on our next visit which hopefully wo n't be too long away. It was attractive, beautiful and on the mezzanine. The room had a fridge, an electric kettle, and climate control. The location was super, a 10-15 minute walk from Southover Grange Gardens. This hotel was in a pretty nice area.

Would stay here again, greatly enjoyed our such great stay here. Gorgeous place overall, it is clean, location is marvellous and awesome in the comfy area next to the reception. The hotel's staff is wonderful and lovely. The rooms are comfortable on the mezzanine, so that guests have essentials.

This place is ideally situated for exploring the area, with convenient access to transportation on the Yamanote Line, great restaurants, a Daiso, a supermarket.
